Regulatory & R&D Lead - BioWorks

BioWorks is a business unit within the BioFirst Group, a global innovator in sustainable crop production. BioWorks specializes in biopesticides and biostimulants that enable horticulture and specialty ag/open field growers to transition to and implement more sustainable, effective, and resilient agricultural practices.

With operational hubs in North America, Europe, and Africa, BioWorks is on a transformational growth journey. A key strength of our division is our strategic synergy with BIOTROP, a BioFirst-acquired company with deep R&D capabilities,  a robust pipeline of biological innovations and state-of-the art liquid and solid-state fermentation capabilities. This partnership enables BioWorks to access and commercialize cutting-edge products, accelerate innovation cycles, and expand product ownership globally.

Our European business, including Europe, North Africa and Middle East, has a team of around 15 employees and is growing rapidly. In view of all the opportunities BioWorks has as a relatively new player in the European market, we are strengthening our BioWorks regulatory team with and experienced and visionary Regulatory & R&D Lead to drive BioWorks EU regulatory strategy and dossier management and to ensure an aligned product development strategy.
