BioFirst Group kondigt vandaag aan dat zijn divisie Biobest een akkoord heeft bereikt om volledig eigenaar te worden van zijn productiebedrijf voor biologische bestrijders in Marokko. Biobest verhoogt zijn belang in het productiebedrijf van 50% naar 100%. De transactie is onderworpen aan de goedkeuring van de Marokkaanse mededingingsautoriteit (Conseil de la Concurrence).
