Customer Service Officer
In our unique and challenging Supply Chain, where living products have a short shelf life and are transported under conditioned environments, Biobest strives for a high level of Customer Service and Customer Intimacy.
At our headquarters in Westerlo, we breed bumblebees, mites, and beneficial insects, or purchase crop protection products to process and package them. We transport our products and creatures to growers in over 60 countries, where they impact crop health and yield size. In this context, working with living material is very deadline-driven and challenging.
Today, we are welcoming a lead Customer Service Officer for the dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service team, which takes care of the complex travel plans for our critters.
